Yes. Besides our continuous background analysis, we offer on-demand analysis for immediate assessments. Simply select the traders you want to analyze and trigger the analysis at that moment. Each trader typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on their trading data volume. The analysis results are available in real-time as the analysis completes.

Absolutely. Each behavior detector can be configured for sensitivity to match your firm's risk profile. You can tune configurations for each detection type and toggle specific behaviors on or off entirely. This ensures the analysis aligns with your risk appetite, whether you want high sensitivity to flag potential issues or a more selective approach to focus on higher-confidence detections.

Yes. Beyond our standard detection types, we can build custom behavioral detections based on your firm's specific risk behaviors and conditions. Each custom detection provides the same trade-level evidence and statistical detail as our standard detections, giving you concrete proof behind every flag.

Yes. We can integrate fingerprint data such as IP addresses and device IDs to enhance detection of coordinated behavior across both cross-account and cross-user activity. This helps identify copy trading and hedging where multiple accounts - whether under the same user or across different users - execute matching or opposing trades. Fingerprint integration requires this data to be provided during the integration setup and agreed upon as part of your data sharing arrangement.

For firms that need freedom and flexibility in their trader volume, we offer custom Enterprise pricing. Rather than strict monthly quotas, we work with you directly to assess your needs and create a personalized commercial arrangement that works for your trading volume patterns. No. We don't charge any setup or onboarding fees. All platform onboarding setup, configuration, and integration assistance are included in your first month subscription. The first month's fee is invoiced upfront as part of the onboarding process.

A trader is any unique trader account ID submitted for analysis within a calendar month, not by individual clients. If one client holds multiple accounts, each account counts separately. Re-analyzing the same trader ID in the same month does not consume additional quota. Only new (unique) trader IDs count toward your monthly allocation.

Additional traders beyond your monthly quota are billed at the overage rate for your plan or agreement. If you consistently exceed your quota, we may recommend a higher or adjusted tier plan that better matches your volume.

Parallel analysis controls how many trading accounts the system analyzes at the same time, in other words, the speed of batch processing across your trader base. For example, if one account takes about 1 minute to analyze: 4 parallel slots (Starter) process roughly 180-240 accounts per hour, while 14 parallel slots (Scale) process roughly 720-840 accounts per hour. This matters most when you want near-real-time monitoring across thousands of accounts. Even while background analysis runs continuously, you can also trigger on-demand analysis for specific traders at any time, no waiting for the batch process. This is useful for payout requests, immediate reviews, or urgent investigations.

API access lets your team pull our detection results programmatically into your own systems, internal dashboards, or automated workflows. You can build custom integrations, feed data into your existing tools, and trigger actions based on our behavioral flags, all without using our dashboard UI. Without API access, the dashboard works completely as intended with full functionality, you just access everything through our web interface instead of programmatically. API access is included with the Scale plan because larger operations often want to integrate detection into their existing tech stack, but it's not required for the system to work.

Yes. Our team handles the integration setup process, you don't need to build anything on your own. You just need to provide us with your trading platform API/data access details, preferably in read-only mode. We help connect your trading platforms to our system and ensure the data flows correctly. The integration timeline varies by complexity, but most setups are completed within 3-5 days for standard configurations.

We support all major trading platforms including MetaTrader 5, cTrader, DXTrade, and Tradovate. If your platform isn't listed, we can adapt to work with any platform that exports standard order and deal/fill data, as long as it has API or programmatic access. Contact us to confirm compatibility.

Yes. Our behavior detection is asset-class agnostic, it works across forex, equities, futures, crypto, and any other instrument. As long as we have the historical deals/fills, orders, and optionally positions data, we can analyze traders regardless of the asset class they trade.

Yes. We provide settings in dashboard to enable, disable, or synchronize the traders included in your analysis cycle. You can manually select which traders to include, or sync with your platform to automatically include only active traders, in-profit traders, or a combination based on your criteria. Sync is triggered manually via the dashboard.

Yes. Our system is designed to integrate with external tools and workflows. Beyond our dashboard, we offer API access for direct integration and webhook-based notification delivery. If your CRM or workflow platform can connect to external tools, we can provide the integration from our side. We also support Slack, Telegram, Discord, email, custom webhooks, and can adapt to your preferred platform.
